Our recent project involved a full garage conversion for a client who was looking to create a versatile space that could serve as both a home office and a gym. To achieve this, we began by infilling one doorway and forming a new one to create a more seamless and practical layout. We also cut in and installed two new uPVC windows to bring more natural light into the room and enhance its overall aesthetics. The space was then finished with luxury vinyl flooring, which is not only durable but also easy to clean and maintain. We also installed electric heating to ensure that the room is warm and comfortable all year round. To create a bright and inviting atmosphere, we decorated the space with full white walls and installed a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. In addition, we upgraded the power supply to accommodate the new electrical appliances and ensured that the space was fully equipped with internet and wifi for efficient remote working. The result was a dual-purpose space that exceeded our client’s expectations and met their specific needs.
