In this project, we transformed an old dumping ground of a garage into a functional and stylish space. The scope of work included a full garage conversion, as well as services excavation for water and an upgrade to the power. We also added two new window openings, cut to measure and installed them. Inside the converted space, we installed a new WC and sink, as well as a kitchenette. We also created a new office space, complete with underfloor heating and laminate flooring. We also upgraded the power and installed underfloor heating throughout the space. In the loft, we added a deck and loft ladder, though we can’t guarantee that it will be spider-free!
