Constructed in two phases to allow the Hospice to continue operating.

Phase one consisted of a reconfiguration and refurbishment of an existing wing, providing six bedrooms and a family room space.

Phase two involved the demolition of the existing wellbeing centre and construction of a new two storey steel frames extension, providing a further ten patient rooms, a gym, physio centre and a new kitchen and café overlooking Willen lake.
